About us
A goat farm in Rachuonyo North,open to its neighbours.
GirSiko started with a small herd on the founder's home land in Rachuonyo North. Today it is a registered company raising Galla-cross goats, run day to day by a local team. We sell breeding stock and meat goats to farmers and buyers around us, and train farmers who want to learn.

Do you sell goats?
Yes. We sell breeding does, breeding bucks and meat goats. Goats we have listed are on this site, or ask us on WhatsApp what we have now.
How much does a goat cost?
It depends on the goat's weight, age and condition on the day, so we do not list prices. Message us about any goat and we will tell you.
What breeds do you keep?
Local East African does bred to Galla and Galla-cross bucks. Galla goats come from Kenya's dry areas, and the cross grows bigger while staying hardy.
What comes with a goat I buy?
A healthy goat and its county movement permit, which we arrange. We tell you its age, its parents and its vaccinations, so you know what you are taking home.
Can I bring my doe for buck service?
Yes. Message or call us to arrange a time with one of our Galla or Galla-cross bucks.
Do you train farmers?
Yes. We run practical sessions on housing, feeding, health, breeding and keeping records, for farmers and groups. Get in touch to arrange one.
Where is the farm?
In Rachuonyo North, Homa Bay County, near Lake Victoria. We send directions when you arrange to come and see a goat.
